European Journal of Human Resource Management Studies is an international peer reviewed publication aimed to investigate the numerous aspects regarding the people management and allied fields to a wide range of economic, political and social concerns. Research works that are dedicated to investigate on micro-, macro-, or multi-level characteristics connecting to the purpose and the developments of human resource management science are welcomed. Apprehensive with the increasing proportion of strategic personnel management in a fast-changing global environment, European Journal of Human Resource Management Studies encourages investigations on present and future tendencies in human resource management, inspires empirical research in the areas of international business, organizational behavior, strategic management and industrial relations. European Journal of Human Resource Management Studies is published quarterly on-line in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. Research manuscripts accepted: articles, communications, intervention studies, study cases, book reviews, commentaries, short reports, etc. Printed copies of the journal are available on request. The research papers can be submitted on line at social.sciences@oapub.org specifying the preferred journal.
