ANÁLISIS DE LA MISIÓN DE LOS INSTITUTOS TECNOLÓGICOS FEDERALES DEL TECNOLÓGICO NACIONAL DE MÉXICO \ ANALYSIS OF THE MISSION OF THE FEDERAL TECHNOLOGICAL INSTITUTES OF THE NATIONAL TECHNOLOGY OF MEXICO

Abstract


La misión es uno de los principales elementos que guían las estrategias de las organizaciones, por lo tanto el objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la misión de los Institutos Tecnológicos Federales que forman parte del Tecnológico Nacional de México (TNM). Para ello se utilizó una técnica cualitativa de análisis de contenido con el objetivo de analizar la misión de los 126 Institutos Tecnológicos Federales que integran al TNM. Asimismo  el elemento que más fue considerado es servicio con 58.9%, la región que obtuvo un mayor porcentaje es Noreste con el 31.19%. La principal conclusión es que se identificó que las misiones de los ITs no estan alineadas entre sí y tampoco con la misión general del TNM.

The mission is one of the main elements that guide the strategies of the organizations; therefore, the objective of this work is to analyze the mission of the Federal Technological Institutes that are part of the Technological National of Mexico (TNM). For this purpose, a qualitative technique of content analysis was used designated to analyze the mission of the 126 Federal Technological Institutes that integrate the TNM. Also the element that was considered the most was the service with 58.9%, the region that obtained a higher percentage is Northeast with 31.19%. The main conclusion is that it was identified that IT missions are not aligned one with each other and not with the overall mission of the TNM.
