Abstract

In-company training provides the worker with the knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills necessary, not only for his adaptation and fulfillment, but also for the success and development of the organization. To collect field data to test assumptions, we used questionnaire, structured interview and documentation techniques that collected data on an occasional sample of 607 participants. The results of our survey showed that the managers and agents of some public companies in Kinshasa consider training as a simple support function, less priority, without a precise budget in short, a wasted fund.
