APPAUVRISSEMENT DE LA MOTIVATION AU TRAVAIL DU PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATIF DE BUREAU DES SOUS-PROVINCES EDUCATIONNELLES DE KINSHASA, RÉPUBLIQUE DÉMOCRATIQUE DU CONGO
Abstract
Cette étude examine les causes et les conséquences de l’appauvrissement de la motivation au travail du personnel administratif du bureau des sous- provinces éducationnelles de Kinshasa. A travers une enquête auprès des personnels, il ressort dans le contexte économique et organisationnel actuel, la motivation des employés est devenue un enjeu crucial pour les institutions qui souhaitent maintenir leur compétitivité et leur efficacité. Parmi les différentes catégories des personnels, les employés administratifs jouent un rôle fondamental dans le bon fonctionnement des opérations quotidiennes. Cependant, ces dernières années, de nombreuses entreprises ou institutions ont constaté un phénomène préoccupant : l’appauvrissement de la motivation au sein de leurs équipes administratives. Ce déclin de l’engagement et de l’enthousiasme peut avoir des répercussions significatives sur la productivité, la qualité du service et, par conséquent, sur la performance globale de l’organisation. Les causes de cette démotivation sont multiples et peuvent être liées à des facteurs internes, tels que des conditions de travail peu satisfaisantes.
This study examines the causes and consequences of declining work motivation among administrative staff at the Kinshasa Sub-Provincial Education Office. A staff survey reveals that, in the current economic and organizational context, employee motivation has become a crucial issue for institutions seeking to maintain their competitiveness and efficiency. Among the various staff categories, administrative employees play a fundamental role in the smooth functioning of daily operations. However, in recent years, many companies and institutions have observed a worrying phenomenon: declining motivation within their administrative teams. This decline in commitment and enthusiasm can have significant repercussions on productivity, service quality, and, consequently, the overall performance of the organization. The causes of this demotivation are numerous and can be linked to internal factors, such as unsatisfactory working conditions.
