Abstract

This scientific work demonstrates the positive and comprehensive effectiveness of improving the assessment content of the Physical Education and Sports Biomechanics course. The question and exercise system is built according to learning outcomes, ensuring scientific accuracy, timeliness, and practical applicability. The assessment content goes beyond simply memorizing knowledge and focuses on the ability to analyze, apply, and explain movement phenomena in sports. This helps students deeply understand the biomechanical nature of movement techniques and enhances their professional competence. Thus, improving the assessment content of the course not only improves the quality of teaching and learning but also aligns with the direction of higher education reform towards developing students' competencies.
