ÉTUDE DE LA FIDELISATION DES ABONNES CONGOLAIS AU RESEAU ORANGE : ANALYSE DES MOTIVATIONS EN CONTEXTE CONCURRENTIEL
Abstract
Dans un marché de télécommunication marqué par la concurrence, beau nombre des congolais sont restés fidèles au réseau orange. Ainsi, cette présenté étude a essayé d’interroger 202 participants pour savoir la motivation de leur fidélisation à ce réseau de télécommunication. Il ressort des résultats que la qualité des services offerts par Orange à ces abonnés constitue l’une des raisons de la fidélisation de sa clientèle.
In a highly competitive telecommunications market, many Congolese have remained loyal to the Orange network. This study surveyed 202 participants to understand their motivations for remaining loyal to this telecommunications network. The results indicate that the quality of services offered by Orange to its subscribers is one of the reasons for customer loyalty.
