THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ORGANIZATIONAL SILENCE AND THE JOB SUCCESS OF KARATE FEDERATION EMPLOYEES OF THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF IRAN

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to survey the relationship between organizational silences on the job success of karate federation of Islamic Republic of Iran. The methodology of the research in terms of descriptive strategy, in terms of applied research, is an applied field for the purpose of collecting field data. The statistical population consisted of 300 heads of the Karate Confederation, deputies, chairmen and secretaries of karate committees, officials of the jury committee, as well as financial and accounting officers. Sampling method was simple random sampling. 168 of them were selected through Morgan table. The instrument of measurement in this research was the Standard Organizational Silence Questionnaire, Rasssip's Job Success / Promotion Questionnaire, and Hersey and Goldsmith Job Performance. Data obtained from the questionnaire were used to test the hypothesis of Pearson correlation coefficient and regression tests and single sample t-test in SPSS software. The results of the findings showed that there is a significant and inverse relationship between organizational silence and the job success of Karate Federation staff of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The status of organizational silence among them is higher than average. According to the results of the research, the organizational silence among the employees is above the average level, measures should be taken in the Karate Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran in order to reduce the organizational silence and increase the success of the job among them.
