The research study was taken to investigate the quality of work life of secondary school teachers. The sample of 135 Secondary School Teachers from Kermanshah City was selected to adopting Stratified random sampling technique. Considering the independent variable namely Gender, Length of experience, and type of schools the stratification was made. Teachers’ quality of work life was accessed with the help of Teacher’s Quality of Work Life Scale constructed by the investigator. Specific objectives formulated were: 1. To assess the level of quality of Work Life of Secondary School teachers. 2. To find whether there is any significant difference in Quality of Work Life of Secondary School Teachers with male and female. 3. To find whether there is any significant difference in quality of Work Life of Secondary School Teachers with high and low experience. 4. To find whether there is any significant difference in Quality of Work Life of Secondary School teachers belonging to Government, Private aided and Private un-aided Schools. The descriptive survey method was adopted for the study. The data, which was obtained from that survey, was analyzing using percentage analysis, t-test and one-way ANOVA. Findings of the study were 1. A majority (73.8%) of the secondary school teachers in Kermanshah was found to possess an average level of quality of work life and (6.9%) were found to possess low level of quality of work life. Only (19.3%) of the teachers possessed high level of quality of work life. 2. There is a significance difference of Quality of Work life of male and female secondary school teachers comparing teachers mean scores it is found that the female teachers have a high quality of work life than their male counterparts. 3. There is no significance difference between above 10 years experience and below 10 years of experienced secondary school teachers in their Quality of Work Life. 4. There is no significant difference is the quality of work life of teachers belonging to government, private aided, and private unaided secondary school teachers.

Determining the relationship between quality of work life of teachers and quality of school life of high school studentsThe purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between teachers’ quality of work life and quality of life dimensions of high school students in Aslamshahr. The research method is descriptive–correlational and its statistical population includes all teachers and high school students in Aslamshahr city. The volume of the statistical population of the research is 9,460 people, of which 2,882 people were teachers and 6,578 were students. The sample size was calculated based on Cochran’s formula at a 5% error level for 339 teachers and 363 students. The results showed that all components of quality of work life have a positive relationship with the dimensions of quality of life of students at the level of p = .05. More interest and commitment and a freer mind to attend schools improve both productivity and quality of school life for students. Quality of School Work Life of Public School Teachers: Cases from Turkey and Pakistan Article Journal of Education and Educational Development2017 •
The Quality of Work life (QWL) is the employees' feeling or perception of being comfortable with their work. The objective of the present study was to compare Quality of School Work Life (QSWL) of public school teachers from Turkey and Pakistan. A QSWL scale developed by Ilgan, Ata, Zepeda and Ozu-Cengiz (2014) having 30 items was used as the research instrument. The sample included 995 Turkish teachers (from 8 cities) and 716 Pakistani teachers (from 5 cities of Punjab). Reliability coefficient of QSWL scale was 0.81. Further, five subscales within the QSWL tools were identified through its exploratory factor analysis. On all these 5 subscales of QSWL (when analysed separately), Turkish and Pakistani teachers differed significantly in their perceptions; however, they were found appreciating similar QSWL in the aggregate analyses. In detailed analyses of various subgroups only female teachers from Pakistan were found better on QSWL than their Turkish counterparts.

The Quality of Work Life in School and Its Effect on the Teachers’ Performance2019 •
Quality of work life (QWL) is a multifaceted concept implying concern for members of organization. Present research paper is an attempt to study QWL of teachers working at University of Jammu, Jammu. The study is based on primary data collected with the help of a questionnaire from 78 teachers working at the above mentioned university. The analysis has been done by classifying the teachers into various age, designation, teaching subject, and gender categories. The various tools used to reach the inferences include mean, weighted score, standard deviation, and chi-square.

QUALITY OF WORK LIFE AND PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING OF SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERSThe aim of this study is examine the Relationship between Quality of Work Life and Psychological Well-Being of Secondary School Teachers in Ghale Gang City (in Iran). The study population is all secondary school teachers of Ghale Ganj city that the number of 190 and sample size is127 people. Simple random sampling was used. The research tool is recognition of the quality of life questionnaire Walton (1973) and Reef Psychological Well-Being Scale. Quality of work life is one of the most important factors for human motivating and improving of job performance. The objective of the study was to determine the impact of quality of work life on job performance of teachers in government schools in the Ampara District in Sri Lanka. 562 teachers in government schools in 7 zones in the Ampara District of Sri Lanka participated in this study. The questionnaire administered had 26 questions of Quality of Work life measuring 8 variables and 45 questions on Job Performance measuring 7 variables. Data analysis was done using SPSS 16.0. The Descriptive Statistics showed based on the responses of the respondents that the level of Quality of Work Life and Job Performance were moderate. The Mean value was 2.79 and 2.57 respectively.
