In this study, the opinions of teachers working at education application schools are collected in order to evaluate the educational program of Education Application school which has been in progress since 2002. The study is a qualitative one in which the constructed interview technique has been used. Frequency has been used to analyze the data. The target population of the study is teachers working at education application schools in Bolu and Düzce. The working group of the study is 15 teachers from these cities. The data gathered at the end of the study are; an Evaluation study has never been carried out about the program of education application schools by asking teachers’ opinions since the beginning. According to opinions of teachers, they cannot apply the program completely and have some problems during the application process. Teachers agree that the educational program of education application schools is not functional. Teachers expressed that the operation, evaluation and teaching methods of the program are not suitable. Moreover, they stated that the expressions of objectives are not compatible with the students, and they indicated that there are objectives that are not stated in a behavioristic way. It is found that that the properties of students are ignored in the preparation process and the number of classes in the program is excessive., It can be alleged that it is suitable for the programme of the education application schools to be revised or to be developed again.

Evaluation of the Turkish education system in the context of learning organisations according to the opinion of the candidate teachers2020 •
The aim of this study is to evaluate the Turkish education system in the context of learning organizations according to the opinions of prospective teachers. In this study, in which qualitative research methods and techniques were used, the 4th grade students of Akdeniz University Faculty of Education, Department of Preschool Teaching, who took the school management course in the Turkish Education system, were asked to present their opinions and suggestions. The data were collected using the documentation technique. As a result of the research, some suggestions were made regarding the decrease in quality and quantity problems by giving place to the opinions of the teacher candidates about the Turkish Education system.

Evaluation level in the process of self-evaluation of educational institution/Razina evaluacije u procesu samo-evaluacije obrazovne institucije2016 •
The aim of the study was to explore the justification for the evaluation level in the process of self-evaluation of an educational institution in regard to the key stakeholders as evaluators. The data was collected through the Self-evaluation of ECEC Institution Project. The study refers to data collected in three organizational units of the same ECEC institution. The evaluation level is either a separate organizational unit or an ECEC institution as a whole. Participants in the study (N=189) were the following key stakeholders: 3 principals, 37 preschool teachers, 12 preschool specialists, 44 administrative / technical staff members and 93 parents. The quality of ECEC institution was evaluated through self-evaluation questionnaires developed through the aforementioned project. The purpose of this study is to put forth the problems encountered in education of teachers and solution recommendations in accordance with the opinions of faculty of education students. Within this framework, the opinions of 182 first grade students from the departments of classroom, social sciences, science and mathematics teaching at Bartın University, Faculty of Education were obtained in writing through questionnaires which list open ended questions. The opinions then were sorted by their frequencies and the findings obtained were interpreted. According to the students, one year internship period for the new teachers is insufficient, the profession of teaching is held in low regard by the society, faculties of education is crowded, and applied courses are offered insufficiently and these are among the problems encountered in teacher education. On the other hand, offering hands-on (applied) education at the faculties of education, requiring oral interviews in addition to written KPSS examination (Public Personnel Selection Examination) in teacher assignments, accepting students to the faculties of education by applying aptitude, knowledge and skills tests, ensuring those who love the profession of teaching works at this field and offering courses which aim increasing school experience of the teacher candidates for longer periods are listed among the measures that need to be taken by the students.
The aim of this research is to evaluate the educational problems in the city of Ordu regarding the reports of the inspectors of education that were done based on their findings of the work they have done during the academic year. In this research, which was designed according to the qualitative research techniques, document inspection and dialoguing techniques were used. The documents are made up of the end of term reports by the city of Ordu inspectors of education. The data that was acquired via document inspection were subjected to content analysis, and the interviews were subjected to descriptive analysis. In these analyses, educational problems of the city of Ordu were divided into three themes as educational activities, administration activities and financial processes; and into twelve subthemes as, physical conditions and equipment, health and security, testing and assessment, counselling, social activities, school-region relations, student affairs, human resources, regulations, cost and salary transactions, purchase of goods and service, maintenance and repair services and parent teacher association. In the research, it was precipitated that the educational problems in the city of Ordu were similar to the general educational problems of Turkey; these detected problems were recurring problems; the offices in charge were not doing anything regarding the solution of these problems; it is necessary to provide better working environments and equipment support, strengthen economically, ameliorate the employee personal rights, provide professional independence, and free from bureaucratic and political constraints, in order for the inspectors of education to do more detailed researches, inspections and evaluations and prepare more effective inspection reports.

Evaluation of School Education in Serbia2015 •
In the education system of Serbia significant results have been achieved in the last ten years regarding the establishment and development of the evaluation system in education and the practical application of various types and procedures of evaluation. This paper gives a short overview of ways in which evaluation is carried out on elementary, secondary and higher education levels in Serbia. The overview is accompanied by a reference to problems and difficulties which are encountered in the practical application of educational evaluation. The final part of the text points to assumptions which need to be provided so as to use evaluation as a starting point for improvement and development of school education quality.

School Administrators' Opinions on Current and Desired Situations of the Instructional Programs2015 •
The aim of this study is to define the views of the school principals' about the current and desired situations of the instructional programs. The study is seen important for school administrators as instructional leaders to have the knowledge for applying the curriculum more efficiently and solving the current problems. For this purpose, the study is designed as qualitative and the data of the study is gathered with a semi-structured interview form. The study group consists of 23 volunteer administrators working in Tokat city center in 2011-2012 educational year. After the data were coded, they were gathered under common categories and numbered. According to the results of the study, it is stated that the school administrators have a general knowledge about the curriculum. School administrators state that the curriculum must be student-centered and related to student activities and there are some problems practically because of some reasons although they are theoretically appropriate. Also, they state that the curriculum must not be changed frequently and the applier of the curriculum must be well educated.
