This study aims to examine the influence of academic information system, academic infrastructure, professional competence of lecturer on the quality of academic service and student satisfaction. This research is a type of evaluation research. This research used survey method with quantitative approach. The population is a student of Engineering Faculty of Manado State University with a sample of 157 people. Data collecting technique was using questionnaire instrument with Likert scale and Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) The results of the study found that: (1) Academic Information System affects the quality of academic services and student satisfaction, (2) The academic infrastructure affects the quality of academic service and student satisfaction, (3) Professional lecturer competence affects the Quality of Academic Service and Student Satisfaction. (4) The quality of academic service has no effect on student satisfaction. Recommendations: In order to increase student satisfaction, it is necessary to improve the quality of academic information system and academic facilities as well as professional competence of lecturers and academic service quality, since the students' perception categorized as average.

The Effect of Quality of Academic Services and Infrastructure on Student Satisfaction at Uhamka Postgraduate SchoolThis study aims to examine: 1) the direct effect of academic service quality on student satisfaction, 2) the direct influence of infrastructure on student satisfaction, and 3) the direct influence of academic service quality on infrastructure. This study uses quantitative research methods. The target population was 318 students and the sample of research was 178 respondents. Data collection techniques are interviews and questionnaires. The research data analysis technique used path analysis. Research results prove that: first, the quality of academic services has a direct positive effect on student satisfaction. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0.527, which means that 52.7% of student satisfaction can be explained by the quality of academic services. Improving the Academic Services of As-Syafi'iyah Islamic University, Jakarta, Indonesia, through the Evaluation of Students' Satisfaction2022 •
The purpose of this evaluation research is to study and obtain empirical data about the level of satisfaction of students for academic services that have implications for efforts to improve academic services, which can improve the reputation of the university. The research method used survey methods with an affordable population of about 4000 students of As-Syafi'iyah Islamic University, Jakarta, Indonesia. The sampling was done randomly with 733 respondents. The results of the study showed: a) the average assessment of student satisfaction with the University's academic services in the category of 'satisfied' with an average assessment score = 3.8697 and this score still needs to be increased to 5.0 to improve the academic services of the University which have implications for improving the reputation of the university; b) The quality of academic services has a strategic role in meeting student satisfaction which has an impact on the emergence of high loyalty to the University, and it is expected that these students can be a 'mouth promotion' for the University; c) academic services that need to be improved include the ability and care of education personnel in providing quality & fast service; the ability and concern of the manager/leader and education staff of the Study Program/Faculty in providing quality academic services, and adequacy, accessibility & quality of supporting facilities of academic activities of students; d) The characters empathy, sympathy, and sharing must be strived to grow and develop into an inherent and settled character among education personnel or lecturers.

The Effect of Service Quality Education Academic and Facilities Student SatisfactionThis study aims to assess whether the service quality of academic and educational facilities affects either jointly or partially on student satisfaction. This study aims to describe and analyze academic activities on student satisfaction Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Surabaya (FEB UMSurabaya). The method used in this study is a survey with a quantitative approach. Data analysis technique that is used is questionnaire. The subjects used as sample is students of Management and Accounting Study Program FEB UMSurabaya which was elucidated by 190 students. The results showed that 1) academic service simultaneously to student satisfaction in FEB UMSurabaya, 2) academic service which is real evidence to student satisfaction in FEB UMSurabaya.
