The use of both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods from a range of data sources provided of triangulation; observation, interview, and questionnaires to determine and administer on learning acknowledge managements for developing learning achievement of students with the appropriating characteristics of the 21-century teachers for strengthening the validity and reliability of the findings, which thus afforded a means of comparing data consistency, and regression validations for the purpose of investigating and comparing student’s perceptions and students’ attitudes of their teachers’ appropriating characteristics were designed. Using the Questionnaire on Teacher Characteristic (QTC) modified from the original Questionnaire on Teacher Interaction (QTI) - Australian 48-item version (Fisher, Fraser, & Wubbels, 1993) and students’ attitudes were assessed with a Test Of Characteristic-Related Attitude (TOCRA) modified from the original Test Of Science-Related Attitude (TOSRA) (Fraser, 1981) with a sample of 2,665 students from 105 schools throughout of Thailand of their 8 learning areas of 281 teachers’ appropriating characteristics in the 21-Century of Thailand 4.0 policies as a means of collecting empirical data, schools were randomly chosen from November 2015 to October 2016 of the Educational Service Office Area under the Office of Basic Educational Commission throughout of Thailand. It has found that each QTC scale differentiated significantly (p < 0.001) between classes. Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficients for the scales were adequate (0.78-0.87), while confirmatory factor analyses provided support for the theoretical framework behind the questionnaire (0.54-0.82 omitted). The authoritative profile was the most common characteristic style based on Thailand students' perceptions in their appropriating characteristics of the 21-century teachers. The multiple correlation R2 is significant for the QTC and considered associations with the TOCRA, and value indicates that 52% of the variance in students’ attitude. The memorizing learning areas of R2 value are higher than 50% and most of the appropriating characteristics of the 21-century teachers of eight learning areas, the R2 value indicate that less than 50%, especially; science and mathematics learning areas, and students in upper secondary level indicate that 12%. It was concluded that, if teachers’ appropriating characteristics in the 21-Century of Thailand 4.0 policies want to promote favourable student attitudes in their classes, they should ensure the presence of the former set of interpersonal characteristics.
It was realized that Thailand’s schools were never created to produce the highly motivated, independent thinkers and learners demanded by an information-based economy. This recognition contributed to the passage of a comprehensive national educational reform law in 1999, which is the National Education Act B.E. 2542 (1999). This paper enumerates the Thai recent TE critical issues chronologically. The critical content analysis method is inevitably employed for the derives of the rigor content analysis and future recommendation. The study found that the attempt of upgrading the quality of teacher education in Thailand as well as teacher status has been continuously and intensively exerted during recent years and this trend will be more illustrated in next decade evidenced by the successful 5-year teacher education curriculum, the act of teacher’s salary increment , the job guaranteed in the “New Generation Teacher” and “Professional Teacher” project and the dreaming for 6-year teacher...

Perspectives of Thai educators toward 21st century instructionThe rapidly changed in our society and education may influence to nature of learning and learning behaviors in young new generation. The 21st century learning is requiring educators to prepare our children by quality of learning and teaching. Teachers are key change agent to help learners live and learn with new learning environments. The study aimed to explore perspective of Thai educators toward 21st century learning and teaching by surveying method. The study investigated 41,991 educators who have responsibility or concerns in teaching and learning. Data were collected through online questionnaire and then analyzed by statistical package in terms of frequency and percentage. Finding revealed that 21st century learning and teaching in classroom should be conducted in appropriate ways, but a few misunderstand in support system and learning environment were reported. Educators should be discussed and prepared both teachers and learners to modern classroom.

A cross-national study of learning environments in Taiwan and Australia is one example of research that employs both qualitative and quantitative methods. This paper describes the part of that study related to the development and validation of an instrument called the Teacher Student Interaction (TSI) which assess student perceptions of teacher behavior. After us).ng the questionnaire with groups of students, the data were quantitatively analyzed, the questionnaire validated, and quantitative descriptions of teacher behavior obtained. To further validate the questionnaire and understand the teacher interactions according to the perceptions of students, a qualitative approach was used. Students were interviewed and the researchers visited and observed in science classrooms. The teacher is focused in the classroom not only to create a special relationship only with the class as a whole but also with the individual children. Children obey the command of teacher because they accept their teacher as a role model under whose control they need to be taken care of. Teachers are role models for their students since students are copying their teachers. Every aspects of teachers' behaviour is being closely monitored by the students as teacher becomes a cardinal beacons to them. However, a very few teachers are aware about their pitfalls in dealing with the tender some students who are supposed to be path breaker instead they are lurching towards their personality .In this study, researcher has undertaken survey of male and female teachers of higher secondary schools in Raebareli district of Uttar Pradesh. Teacher Attitude Inventory of Dr. S.P. Ahluwalia was given to randomly selected teachers. Findings indicate that both male and female teachers have almost similar and positive attitude for their profession.

Exploring Teacher Traits in Classroom PracticesTeachers play a key role to proliferate the educational system as they are at the implementation level of educational acts, rules and regulations. Their traits are at a flux because of temporal and contextual variations encountered in different settings. This context led this study to explore teacher traits in real classroom practices. To achieve this goal, phenomenological research design, as a type of qualitative inquiry, has been adopted. The population of the study comprised the stakeholders of Bachelor of Mountain Tourism Management (BMTM) programme conducted in Janapriya Multiple Campus, Pokhara. The tool for collecting information was non-participant class observation, in which three classes were observed. The results of the study reveal that teacher traits can be measured by triad roles like professional, administrative, and social dimensions. The study implies that teachers should be aware of these triad roles; and the current pedagogical trends and practices.
The purpose of the study is to examine the perception of the undergraduate students towards their teachers. Every teacher is a society maker by providing proper knowledge to their students. Students are highly motivated by their teachers' teaching with external and internal behaviour. Every student gives respect to all the teachers not only for teaching but also for being a good idle man. For making the decision, the variable descriptive statistics, Correlation for identifying the factor that highly influences Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) test for sampling adequacy and Bartlett's Sphericity test for findings relationship among variables have been tested. This research paper is fully based on primary data and non-probability random sampling technique has been used for collecting data. The data have been collected from Daffodil International University and the sample size was 293. For making questionnaire Likert scale has been used. Out of 13 teachers' characteristics, it has been found that 5 factors highly affected students' perception. The major finding is teachers' parental behaviour significantly affects students' perception. So it is very important that teachers need training to show good behaviour towards their students.
