Finally, the researcher suggests that the proposed program positively influence the development of speed-strength and some technical skills. A set of physical and skill tests were applied and after getting the results of the pre and post measurements and the statically processing of results, the researchers have concluded that integrated exercises (physical- skill) has a major impact in developing the speed-strength and some basic skills of football players under 17 years old.
This study aims to determine the impact of training integrated method on the (strength – speed) during the competitive period among young footballers U17 players where we used the experimental method with two groups experimental and control. Because the training integrated method with games is one of the best methods to stimulate Football activity and to increase the motives to exercise the session for the players football U17, because it depends on the (strength – speed) during the competition and on the dynamics of team games similar to the performance during the session. The research was done on a sample of 36 players representing The experimental group which includes 18 players from the team of ESM Mostaganem U17. The control group which includes also a 18-player team Widad Amal Mostaganem and ages U17. And a set of tests was implemented to determine some physical (strength – speed, after obtaining the results before and after measurements. And after statistical processing of the results, the researchers reach: The results are presented, interpreted and discussed in the third chapter. At the end of this work is to conclude that the players having good physical qualities, which confirms our assumptions.
The current study aims to: - Prepare a training program using supplemental training with weighs to develop speed and explosive strength. - Identify the effect of supplemental training with weighs in passing skills for young footballers. To ensure goals of the study, the researcher made the following hypotheses: - There are statistically significant differences between results of pre and post tests for the control and empirical groups in speed, explosive strength and passing skills in football. - There are statistically significant differences between results of post tests for the control and empirical groups in speed, explosive strength and passing skills in football. The researcher used the empirical method for it is consistent with the nature of the study. The main trial was conducted on a sample of the junior team of the Air Force Club (32 players) with ages (16 – 19 years old) chosen purposively and divided into two groups (10 players each) after eliminating 12 players and 7 players for the exploratory trial. Equivalence was achieved between both group members in variables of the study. The researcher approved the trial design which is called: “the design of random empirical group for pre- and post- tests” and used the following statistical methods: “arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentage, the T- test for correlated samples and T- test for independent samples

The primary purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of physical fitness training on selected fitness variables to enhance the physical performance of Gamo U-17 male football project trainees in Arba Minch Town. For this study, an experimental design was implemented and a purposive sampling technique was used in order to achieve the intended goal. For this study, 28 Gamo U-17 male football project players were selected as the study sample, who had fulfilled the health history questionnaire, and from those, 14 were randomly assigned to the experimental group and also 14 were assigned to the control group, with a mean age of 16.0 ± 0.37 years old. The intervention group was engaged in interval training, circuit, polymeric, static, dynamic, and ballistic stretching programs for 12 consecutive weeks with a frequency of 3 days per week for 60 minutes. The physical fitness variables selected for this study were the sit-and-reach test for flexibility, the 30m acceleration test for speed, and the Illinois test for agility. Pre- and post-tests were conducted to measure the selected variables. A paired-samples T test was used to compare the mean difference between pre- and post-tests. The level of significance was set at ≤0.05%. After 12 weeks of training, the 30m acceleration and Illinois test mean difference values for the experimental group from pre- to post-test were decreased by 0.42 and 0.64 seconds, respectively, and the sit and reach test was increased by 3.64cm. Correspondingly, the mean value of the control group for 30m acceleration and the Illinois test was increased, and the sit and reach test was decreased from pre- to post-test. This result indicates that a significantly more effective change was observed in the experimental group than the comparison group due to the 12-week fitness exercise they engaged in. The findings of this study indicated that an effective physical fitness training program has a positive effect on the improvement of the physical performance of football players.

Peculiarities of the Influence of Fitness Special Means on the Speed and Strength and Coordination Indicators of Young Football PlayersBackground: The problem of increasing coordination and conditioning abilities of young football players largely determining the level of manifestation of such motor qualities as agility, speed and strength can be solved with the help of additional means of fitness. The purpose is to study the effect of a specialized fitness program on the indicators of speed-force and coordination abilities of young football players. Material and methods: The pedagogical experiment lasted 6 months, involving 40 athletes-football players in the age of 8.97±0.04 years old (height: 139.72±1.08 cm; body mass: 31.71±0.66 kg). Children of the experimental group (n=24) were engaged in a specially designed fitness program, including exercises with different fitness equipment in the transitional mesocycle 2 times a week for 45 min, and in the preparatory one - once a week (45 min). The remaining 16 players served as a control group and continued their traditional training. Coordination abilities were determined with the help of tests "running 30 m with the ball at least 3 touches", "hitting a stationary ball from a running distance" (corridor of 10 m) and "juggling with a ball". To assess the speed and strength abilities we used "speed of running for 30 m", "long jump from a place", "pulling up from the high bar". Statistical processing was performed using Microsoft Excel and software package "STATISTICA 10.0". The parametric Student's t-test was used in the study. Differences were significant at P<0.05. Results: We found that the experimental group significantly improved the speed of running for 30 m and long jump by 5.1% and 1.9% (p<0.01), as well as the pull-up from hanging on the bar by 20.9% (p<0.01). Coordination indicators (running for 30 m with ball handling and juggling) changed more significantly by 30.7 % and 26.6 % (p<0.001), respectively. Kicking a stationary ball from a running distance changed by 4.10% (p<0.05). Conclusion: If we apply additional fitness programs with different sports equipment during the training of football players of 8-9 years old, the indicators of coordination and speed-force abilities will improve considerably.
