The structure model of methodical system usage fitness-technology in student physical educationShkola, O., Zhamardiy, V., Saienko, V., Tolchieva, H., & Poluliashchenko, I. (2020). The structure model of methodical system usage fitness-technology in student physical education. International Journal of Applied Exercise Physiology (IJAEP), Vol. 9(10), 89-96. The article describes the model of a methodical system of fitness technology usage in the student physical education process. The structure of the author’s model consists of motivational-target, content-organizational, technological and control-diagnostic blocks. The target block is formed by the purpose, tasks, functions, system of knowledge and skills, the structure of physical training, which aims at the formation of harmoniously developed highly qualified future specialists. The content-organizational block is based on the general didactic and partially didactic principles, and also meets the criteria of selection of the means and forms of fitness technologies. The foundation of the technological block is the educational-methodical complex in the discipline "Physical education" (lectures, practical, consultations, independent lessons, manuals, methodical recommendations, sets of tasks, means for self-preparation, test complexes, evaluation criteria of students in physical education, etc.). It is the technology of teaching physical education that reveals the conditions for the functioning of the methodical system, that is, in our case, the planned use of fitness technology to ensure the fulfilment of physical education tasks. The control-diagnostic block provides for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the use of fitness, which allows checking the formation of the target, content, organizational and technological blocks of the methodical system. The article present in Ukraine and in recent years, there has been a decrease in the level of general physical preparedness of students, which is essentially due to the low initial level of physical preparedness of university entrants and the reduction of study hours for physical education. All students by the method of equal group distribution. The students took classes according to the traditional system, which concentartes on the development of only those physical qualities that are necessary for the successful assimilation of motor activity techniques. Students were engaged in the methodical system. The analysis of indicators dynamics of physical qualities development by students who participated in pedagogical experiment showed low initial level in all experimental groups. Students of control groups who were engaged in the traditional physical education system improved the test performance during the entire period of study, however among men four tests were rated "unsatisf...

Teams-Games-Tournaments: Cooperative Learning has captured the interest of educationists as an instructional methodology provides opportunities for students to develop skills in group interactions and in working with others that are needed in today's world. The purposes of this research were: 1) to compare the learning achievement in health-related fitness of students by using the Teams Games Tournament (TGT), 2) to investigate students' opinions towards TGT Cooperative Learning Technique with health-related fitness of Thai Senior High School students. This research was a quasi-experimental research with a one group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 24 Grade 11 students in first semester academic year 2017 at Surasakmontree School in Bangkok, Thailand. They were acquired by purposive sampling. The research instruments were the lesson plans by using TGT Cooperative Learning Technique with health-related fitness exercises, the achievement test, and students' questionnaire responded to using TGT Cooperative Learning Technique with health-related fitness exercises. The statistical analysis employed were percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test Dependent and Content Analysis. The results revealed that: First, the learning achievement of Grade 11 students after using TGT Cooperative Learning Technique (eight weeks) with in health-related fitness exercises were higher than comparing to before experiment with statistical significant at the .05 level. Second, the students' opinions toward TGT Cooperative Learning Technique with health-related fitness exercises were very positive with overall at high level. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the application of cooperative learning type TGT technique is effective in teaching health-related fitness.
This study aims to identify and measure the extent of used technology in education and learning in the faculty of physical education in Jordanian universities. It also aims to investigate the effect of difference in experience at universities to use the technology. To achieve the objectives of this study, the researchers have designed a questionnaire to collect information and then analyze this data through software and then discuss the results. The study sample includes four public sector universities in Jordan and includes 83 lecturers. In addition, the study also shows the reality of the use of technology by the faculty of physical education in Jordanian universities. Furthermore, to refer to the series of recommendations for the development of the educational process in universities, is also one of the main goals of this study.

The article reveals the urgency of improving the information and methodological support for general physical education of students in the university, which is due to the change in educational standards and their focus on improving professional training, and in addition, new requirements for modern didactic resources. Textbooks, manuals and other educational tools today should not only be sources of information, but also motivators and organizers of cognitive activity of students, which make them independent in mastering the values and essential foundations of physical culture. They as well as the educational and methodological complexes used by teachers should be filled with specialized didactic means that promote the development of all components of physical fitness: cognitive, value-semantic, activity components. The results of a survey of students on the identification of their interests and the level of competence in the field of physical culture are presented, as well as the re...
