The ever-increasing athletic performances in speed, strength and skills used in sports performance around the world has made the athlete more stressful to achieve their own objectives. This stress and pressure on the athlete's body will certainly result in injuries. The research is meant to identify the Biorhythm, its different Cycles and how to organize and perceive their impact on athletes.

Multifunctional changes in the athletes' body during the formation of autonomic regulations' overstrain under the influence of training load2023 •
Purpose: the purpose of this study was to generalize polysystemic changes that occur in the body of highly qualified athletes with signs of autonomic regulation overstrain under the influence of training load and during the recovery period after it. Material & Methods: test subjects were qualified male athletes (N=202) aged 22.6±2.8 years, who were examined by means of spiroarteriocardiorhythmography (SACR) and computerized motion meter (CMM). In accordance with the design the examinations with the aid of SACR and CMM were carried out three times: in the morning, on an empty stomach, in a sitting position on the day of training (G1), immediately after training (during the first 5-7 minutes) (G2) and the next day in the morning after sleep (G3). Results: according to the data of the examination of athletes in the dynamics of recovery after the training load, options of changes in HRV indicators were determined, which indicated the formation of sympathetic and parasympathetic overstrain in athletes. Two groups were created. The first included 10 athletes, the second included 9 athletes. The analysis of changes in indicators, the research methods used, allowed us to establish differences in their dynamics during the formation of sympathetic and parasympathetic overstrain. Differences were noted among 18 indicators. Among them are indicators of HRV – ABI (c.u.), SRAI (c.u.), ARI (c.u.), RMSSD (ms), VLF (ms2), LFHF (ms2/ms2); variability of arterial pressure – LFSBPn (n.u.), HFSBPn (n.u.), LFHFSBP (mmHg2), TPDBP (mmHg2), LFDBP, (mmHg2), ICDBP (mmHg2/mmHg2); hemodynamics – CO (dm3), GPVR, (dyn/s/cm−5), CI (dm3/m2); respiratory variability – TPR (L×min–1)2; of sensorimotor function – SCSleft (s), SMleft (%). Conclusions: the obtained results on the formation of sympathetic and parasympathetic overstrain under the influence of intense physical activity indicate that changes in the autonomic regulation of the heart rate, which determine the type of heart rate regulation, are accompanied by a number of changes in hemodynamics, autonomic regulation of the pumping function of the heart, vascular tone, respiratory regulation, and sensorimotor function. The determined differential dynamics of changes in cardiorespiratory and sensorimotor indicators will allow further algorithmization of the assessment of the functional state of the athletes’ body in order to detect early states of non-functional overstrain and overtraining.

Effect of the training process of high-class and elite sprint swimmers of both genders on the state of the autonomic nervous system, central hemodynamics and physical working capacityPurpose: to investigate the influence of the training process of high-class and elite sprint swimmers of both genders on the parameters of the autonomic nervous system, central hemodynamics and physical working capacity. Material & Methods: in the preparatory period of the training process, 145 sprint swimmers (56 females and 89 males) with sports qualifications from CMS (high-class swimmers) to MS-MSIC (elite swimmers) were examined, of which 56 sprint swimmers (31 females and 25 males) in 2006 and 89 sprint swimmers in 2021 (25 females and 64 males). To assess the autonomic regulation of cardiac activity time- and frequency domain methods of HRV analysis were used. Central hemodynamic parameters were examined by an automated tetrapolar rheography. Physical working capacity was measured according to a common technique on a cycling ergometer using a submaximal PWC170 test and calculating the relative value of physical working capacity, i.e. PWC170/kg. Results: comparison of the stud...

Peculiarities of the autonomic balance assessed through heart rate variability analysis in sportsmen and nonsportsmen2008 •
A comparative study was used to analyze the difference in autonomic balance assessed by time and frequency domain parameters of heart rate variability (HRV) between students athletes and non-sportsmen. Five-minute digital ECG trays were recorded in 21 students - athletes, 10 basketball players recruited from first league clubs of No- vi Sad and the Serbian representatives and 11 rowers from the Novi Sad rowing club 'Danubius'. The control group was formed by 15 non-sportsmen, students of the Medical faculty in Novi Sad who underwent the same registrations. Time and frequency-domain of HRV were analyzed by a software developed by the company 'Neurosoft', VNS-Spektr, Ivanovo, Russia. Resting heart rate in athletes was significantly lower (p < 0.01) than in non-sportsmen. In time-domain parameters HRV significantly higher values were present in the group of sportsmen as opposed to non-sportsmen RRNN (p < 0.01), RMSSD (p < 0.02) and pNN50 (p < 0.01). In frequ...

Heart Rate Profile and Variability in Cross Country Cycling Athletes2016 •
Cross-country cycling is a very demanding sport. The characteristics of the competition are mainly aerobic but in a maximal effort. Due to the heart rat achieved during competition we may expect that there is some cardiovascular risk involved. Thus, the main aim of this work was to study the autonomic nervous system balance and heart rate recovering in cross-country cycling athletes. The autonomic nervous system was evaluated by measuring the heart rate variability. Our results suggested that in those athletes there is a very good balance between sympathetic and parasympathetic systems as well as a very efficient heart rate recovery. So, there is no indication of cardiovascular risk, increase in mortality or sudden death.
Exercising is said to bring benefits to people taking part in, not only physical but also physiological gain. Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is an important marker reflecting the function of the autonomic nervous system (ANS), which has shown potentials in some exercise therapy and sport physiology studies. HRV analysis is said to be used for getting a better understanding of our body’s response to exercise and the reaction to different stressors from the workout. Thus, it is essential to monitor and optimize the recovery to avoid overtraining. This study aims to investigate the influence of HRV reflecting the physical stress level on participants when exercising, therefore, building a concept of self-training guide to improve the adaptation and performance. Electrocardiogram (ECG) is acquired by the BIOPAC system over 10 healthy college students during a proposed training protocol on the stationary bike, and post-exercising. HRV data from ECG is analyzed in time, frequency and nonlin...

Rezume By monitorising the cardiac frequency of some sportswomen who practice judo at the Rapid Club-CSS 5-A.S. Voinicelul Bucureşti, we tried to make a correlation between the specific training in judo and the physiological features of the training effort. We used the model S 625X pulse tester and for processing and interpretating the collected data we used the Polar ProTrainer 5TM software. The purpose of the experiment was, on one hand to achieve an objective quantification, starting from the data obtained directly from the intensity of the demands of judo training, and on the other hand to verify the assumption that the physical solicitation of the uke and of the tori are comparable in the strengthening and improving training, when the working conditions are not relievable. Also, we must mention the fact that we haven't found yet in the Romanian specialized literature any concrete data refering to the evaluatin of the " field " effort in judo. General aspects of the effort in judo The sportsmen performances depends in a high rate on the way in which the motric charges are given, on the effort type, on the body response to the effort, on the effort accomodation, on the recovery capacity and most of all on the overcompensation that follows the effort performed. The effort in judo represents the performant voluntary behaviour in which the sportsmen mobilize the physical and psychical resources in training and competition. The training physical effort involves all the body systems and the effect is the complex accomodation, the development of the physical and psyhical capacities, functional and biochemical to deal the competitional demands. The extern parameters of the effort has a different echoes on the sportsmen, with transitory degradation of the general homeostasy. The effort consists in the execution of some specific techniques like holdings,
