In the study, it was aimed to investigate the changes in some biochemical parameters (urea, AST, ALT, glucose, creatinine and TSH) of women with acute exercise. 50 women aged 19-48 years participated in the study as volunteers. Urea, AST, ALT, glucose, creatinine and TSH levels were analyzed in blood samples taken before exercise and at the end of an acute exercise session. SPSS package program and Paired Samples t test were used for the comparison of pre and post test results of the obtained data. When the results were evaluated, while there was a statistically significant difference between the pre-test and post-test values of the study group in urea, AST and ALT levels (p<0,05), it was determined that Glucose, creatinine and TSH levels were not significantly different (p>0,05). In conclusion, it can be said that acute swimming exercises applied to women are causing a significant change in liver enzymes (AST, ALT) and urea levels and these changes may be considered beneficial for the health status of the individual.

Effect of Exercise in Biochemical Parameters in AthletesExercise is advised for improving overall health and preventing many chronic diseases. Professional sportspersons practice regular strenuous exercise schedules for competitions. To maintain good performance high protein diet along with antioxidants is taken. Duration and severity of exercise affects various routine biochemical parameters. Biochemical tests including Blood Urea, Serum Creatinine, Serum Uric Acid, SGOT, SGPT, ALP, Serum Calcium, Serum Phosphorus, Serum total Protein, Serum Albumin, Lipid Profile( Triglycerides, Total cholesterol, HDL-Cholesterol, LDL-Cholesterol, VLDL-Cholesterol), Blood Glucose, Amylase and Serum Lactate was assessed in fifty professional athletes before and after exercise. Some parameters like urea, creatinine, glucose, lactate, calcium, ALP were affected by exercise and trainings which need to be considered for correct interpretation.

The Effect of Swimming Training on Some Biochemical Parameters of Young Swimmers2021 •
Aim: In this study, the effects of 4-week swimming training applied to swimmers aged 19-26 on HDL, LDL, VLDL, cholesterol, alkaline phosphatase, protein, lactate dehydrogenase, urea and phosphorus parameters were investigated. Methods: . 22 swimmers with an average age of 24.5±2.46 years and a mean age of 5.12±1.1 for sports participated in the study. A swimming training program was applied to the participants for 4 weeks/3 days. All tests and measurements were performed before starting the 4-week training program and after completing the 4- week program. Results: The data obtained from the study were analyzed using the SPSS 15.0 package program. The normality distribution of the data was made using the shapiro-wilk test. Participants' pre-post test measurements were analyzed with the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. According to the results of the data, there was a statistically significant difference between BW, HDL, LDL and ALP pre-post test data (p<0.05). Conclusion: As a resul...

The purpose of this research was to study the effect of 12 weeks of selected aerobic exercise on serum amount and liver enzymes (ALT, AST, GGT) on type II diabetic middle-aged women with overweight, the samples of this research are 30 women of 45 to 60 years old with BMI>25, who were selected after careful measurements to determine body mass index and randomly divided into two groups of experimental (n = 15) and control (n = 15). During blood taking (12 weeks) control group had no specific exercise but experimental group were under selected aerobic exercise with intensity of 55 to 70% of the maximum heart rate 3 days a week with increasing intensity of 35 to 50 minutes per session. Also activity intensity 5% was added every 4 weeks. Laboratory measurements (ALT, AST and GGT serum) were evaluated in the first and twelfth week. After receiving the results, obtained data from the two groups was analyzed that for this, independent and dependent t-test was used on a significant level (P<0/05) data was analyzed using software SPSS, selected aerobic exercise has a significant effect on serum alanine amino transferase (P=0/035), selected aerobic exercise has a significant effect on serum aspartate transferase (P=0/024), selected aerobic exercise has a significant effect on serum GGT (P=0/043). In summary, the results showed that aerobic exercise causes improving liver enzymes of middle-aged women with type II diabetes and overweight.
Purpose: In this study, it was aimed to investigate the effect of eight weeks exercise on body composition and some blood values in women. Methods: A total of 16 volunteer women with an age mean of 30,81 ± 9,44 years and an age mean of 159,44 ± 6,61 cm were participated in the study. Blood samples of the participants were taken at the health facility while they were hungry before starting the exercise program. After applying the eight-week and 3 days a week exercise program, blood samples of subjects were taken again. The results which obtained from the study were analyzed with the SPSS 23.0 package program. In the analysis of the data, independent samples t test was applied to determine the difference between the groups. Results: As a result of the analyzes, while no significant difference was found between glucose and urea, creatine, total crystallinity, pre-test and post-test values of direct crystallization (p>0,05), body weight, BMI, chest circumference, waist circumference,...
In this study, the aim was to investigate the effect of acute exercise on blood lipids in females. Research group consists of females; 33,6 aged. From the beginning of the exercise to the end of acute swimming exercise, the participants gave blood samples in order to analysis the Cholesterol, LDL, HDL Cholesterol and Triglyceride levels. According to results, there was significant difference between pre and post tests in research group on Cholesterol, LDL, HDL Cholesterol and Triglyceride levels (p<0,05). Consequently, acute swimming exercises lead to significant alteration the level of Cholesterol, LDL, HDL Cholesterol and Triglyceride levels in females and ıt could say that acute exercises are useful application in terms of health.

Background: Liver is the most important organ performing more than 500 functions in the body. In addition, the human cell has a natural antioxidants system which maintains the production of antioxidants and reactive oxygen species (ROS) during the metabolic process of the cell. Objective: This particular research study is basically conducted for the purpose to assess the impact of low-intensity exercise on liver enzymes and antioxidants systems of the body. Methods and materials: Total 40 subjects (20 from low-intensity exercise as an experimental group and 20 subjects as a control group) were included as the participants of the study. For assessment of liver functions and redox state of the body, 5 ml blood was collected from all subjects. Liver functions tests (LFTs) were performed for the assessment of liver enzymes and ferric reducing assay protocols (FRAP) was performed for the assessment of the redox state of the body. The data obtained about liver functions and redox state we...

Impact of Low Intensity Exercise on Liver Enzymes (ALT ALP)This particular research study was basically carried out for the purpose to examine the impact of low intensity exercise on two particular liver enzymes i.e. alanine transaminase (ALT) and alkaline phosphate (ALP). 20 Non sportsmen were selected as subjects of the study (n=20, age 20 to 30 years (20.95±3.79), Body Mass Index (BMI) from 18 to 30 (25.90±5.54). Similarly the subjects were divided into two groups (Experimental Group and Control Group) through the application of International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) and measurement of Maximum Heart Rate (MHR). 12 weeks self-made low intensity exercise protocol was applied to an experimental group. 5ml blood was collected from all subjects to measure the effect of low intensity exercise on ALT and ALP. The data of pre and post-test were processed through SPSS version 24. Based on analysis and findings, the researcher concluded that in experimental group (EXG) the level of ALT and ALP was found significantly higher (p<0....
