Football coaches are those who prepare teams for various competitions in technical, tactical, conditioning, strategy and mental contexts by using academic knowledge and experience, and also decide match squad. Football coaches are responsible for the sporting success of the team. Nowadays, a coach is no longer just a technical and tactical coach. From this point of view, football coaching can also be regarded as football business, where the risks associated with professional career are taken the most. Football whose commercial value is increasing day by day is confronted as a workplace where various labor markets take place. In football, labor markets around coaching profession, similar to other labor markets but shaped by the specific characteristics of the profession many experiences are gained by coaches. The aim of this study is to make a general evaluation of the football coach labor market by taking the football coaching profession in the context of the experience of the coaches through their experiences and opinions. Questionnaire technique was applied to obtain data on professional experiences of football coaches in the survey. Survey questions were prepared by us. The obtained data were evaluated in SPSS statistical program and analyzed by frequency and cross tabulation. From this point of view, research is a descriptive model-based research for revealing the general situation of the market. In the findings section of the study, demographic characteristics related to the performance of the coaching profession such as coach license grades, football histories, and educational status are regarded. The quantitative and qualitative findings are related to their professional experience. Although the results of the survey show that football coaches are exposed to practices outside of the regulations related to their working life, that these experiences cause social and economic insecurity, that these regulations, which classify coaches and determine the scope and duration of their work, also cause a number of grievances, experience unemployment at various times, that they do not feel secure, that they are unemployed at any moment, and that they have gone through long steps to practice their profession.

The purpose of this study is to assess the problems and prospects of football coaching: with specific reference to Arbaminch Football Club.Data was collected through questionnaire interview and observation checklist of the study 45(N=45) respondents of participated as the sources of data. These were 29 players (N=29), 3 coaches ( N=3),6 sport commission officer (N=6), and 7 zone sport federation worke(N=7) participated in the study.The data collected were organized,analyzed,tabulated and interpreted using simple percentage. The aim of this research is to determine the levels of at job satisfaction of coaches working at different branches of field services of the general directorate of sport and the factors affecting their job satisfaction in terms ofdifferent variances. Due to the fact that sport training is about human so it requires more attention and sensibility,the importance of the way c oaches work with job satisfaction is increasing. The statistical data of this research are obtained by using SPSS statistic programme. Th e data are put by avarage and standart deviation. Before statistical process, for normal distribution control test of K olmogorov-Smirnov and Shapira-Wilk are applied. In this researc a job satisfaction questionnaire with 36 question is conducted whic is tested before for its validity and solidity 177 coaches working at the general directorate of sport. Due to the fact that data has shown a normal distrubution for dual grups T-Test is used, for data sets which have more than two subgrups one way ANOVA and post-hoc TUKEY are used. The statistical result are assessed between 95% solidity range and p<0.05 significacy level. As a result, significant differences at p<.05 level are on firmed between fee facter according to gradation voiace,rights, expec t for salary factoraccording to branch variance in promotion, right expect for salary,awarding, the natüre of the job general job satisfaction factors according to gender of the grup.

This study aimed to monitor and compare the levels of stress and recovery in elite football coaches of youth teams at different moments of one sports season. A descriptive study with longitudinal characteristics was conducted. Twenty-six coaches (37.60±7.37 years old) with experience time (7.20±5.37 years) from the categories U-15, U-17 and U-20 of the main Brazilian elite football teams were evaluated. The coaches filled out the demographic data questionnaire and the RESTQCoach in three periods of the sports season: vacation, training and competition. The stress levels were higher in competition periods, as well as during training moments, compared to the vacation period. The recovery levels showed a decrease in the competition period compared to the vacation period. Should sports clubs be managed by former professional athletes? There is a belief in the sports world that team management is a mystery, something that only former players can understand. Some studies indeed indicate that practicing sports may actually predispose a person to also performing managerial functions. The aim of the research was to verify if former professional football players do better than other people as coaches of football clubs. The interest in this topic was due to the fact that like a top manager in a company, a coach is a very important figure in the football club and sport is an important part of the global economy today. The research was based on the top Polish football league-Ekstraklasa. The study covered the years 2015-2020 and during this period, a total of 46 head coaches worked in the analyzed clubs. The results indicate that owners of football clubs often hire former successful athletes, and in the research group their average results were better than others.

The Coaches' Ability to Solve Their Administrative Problems They Face in Some Soccer Academics in JordanThis study aimed to identify the coaches' ability to solve the administrative problems they face in some soccer academies in Jordan. The study sample consisted of (60) parents that were chosen randomly. The researcher prepared a questionnaire composed of two axes; the first one is related to the problems that players face in the academies, which simultaneously weaken their technical development, the second one is all about the Coaches' actions in disciplining the players' negative behaviors. After conducting the appropriate statistical treatments, the study found crucial results which are the following: firstly, there are many problems that the players face in the soccer academies that weaken their technical development at the same time. Secondly, the coach is not able enough to solve the problems that the players face. The recommendations are as the following: assigning administrative staff with technical staff to work separately but having the same goals is something necessary. The administrative and the technical staff should attend training courses to develop their skills in solving the administrative problems that they face in the work environment (Soccer Academy).
This study aims to understand what the coaches observe in the game, and how they evaluate and make their intervention based on this observation. The participants were 8 experienced First Portuguese League coaches. Semi-structured interviews were carried out and the data were analysed through the technique of content analysis. The software QSR NVivo 9 was used in coding the transcripts of the interviews. According to these coaches to effectively observe and analyze the game it is crucial to have a detailed knowledge of the game and of the individual characteristics of players. They consider that the most important aspects to observe in the game are: i) the 4 moments of the game; ii) set pieces; iv) individual characteristics of players; v) random aspects of the game. Coaching is a collection of persons engaged in an employment that require some degree of knowledge and learning, with a unique services with which its members practices, serve and render to the society, the acceptance of responsibility for the actions they do, the realization of its members that their service to the society is not for mere economic rewards and an organization that controls and reflects the functions of its members This paper presents the generally accepted norm that coaching as a profession uses theory and application of scientific principles that is based on the work of professionals guided by a code of ethics. Conclusively coaching profession is an art of dealing with the most complex thing on earth, human being each with his/her own hope, dreams and goals in life.
